How to use it

Three steps. Fifteen minutes.

1Pick a headBall for most muscles. Fork for the spine and neck. Bullet for one knot.
2Start on speed 1Rest the head on the muscle, then work up to the speed that feels good.
3Keep it movingGlide slowly over the muscle. Up to 15 minutes per session, twice a day at most.

Can I really reach my own back with it?Yes. That's what the curve is for.
Hold the grip in front of your chest and the curved handle carries the head over your shoulder, onto your upper back and between your shoulder blades. No partner, no wall, no twisting.
Is it strong enough?Six speeds, from gentle to deep.
Speeds 1 and 2 are for warming up, 3 and 4 for everyday tightness, 5 and 6 for big muscles like quads and glutes. It also works harder the more you lean into it.
Which head should I use?Start with the ball.
The ball head is the all rounder and comes attached. Use the flat head for big muscles, the fork for either side of the spine and the back of the neck, and the bullet gently on one stubborn knot.
How do I charge it?With the USB C cable in the box.
It charges from any USB plug, laptop or power bank, and it's cordless while you use it. A full charge covers several sessions.
Is it safe to use every day?Yes, used the right way.
