Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once an order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear after dispatch.
Please note that tracking information depends on the carrier and may update intermittently while the package is in transit.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
Customs delays are not considered shipping delays caused by OptiiForce.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
OptiiForce is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking information shows that your order is still in transit and within the stated delivery timeframe, it is not considered lost.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier after the full delivery timeframe has passed, please contact our support team and we will assist you in accordance with our policies.
Delivered Orders
Once tracking confirms that an order has been successfully delivered, OptiiForce is no longer responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery.
