Subscription Policy

Thank you for subscribing with OptiiForce. This policy explains how our subscriptions work so there are never any surprises. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

How it works

When you choose a "Subscribe & Save" option at checkout, you're enrolling in a recurring order. We automatically prepare and ship your product on the schedule you selected (for example, once every month), and you save the listed discount on every recurring order for as long as your subscription is active.

Billing & auto-renewal

  • Your first order is charged at checkout.
  • Each recurring order is automatically charged to your saved payment method on your billing date, using the same interval you chose.
  • Your subscription renews automatically until you pause, skip, or cancel it.
  • If a payment fails, we'll attempt to charge your card again and email you. If it can't be collected, the order may be delayed or the subscription paused.

Discounts

The subscription discount (e.g. 10% off) applies to each recurring order while your subscription is active. Discounts apply to the product price and may not combine with other promotions or one-time coupon codes.

Shipping

Recurring orders ship on your renewal date using the shipping options available at that time. Standard shipping timelines apply. Shipping charges (if any) are added to each order.

Manage, skip, pause or cancel — anytime

You're always in control. From your account (or the link in your order confirmation email) you can:

  • Skip an upcoming delivery
  • Pause your subscription
  • Change the frequency, quantity, product, or delivery date
  • Update your payment method or shipping address
  • Cancel at any time — no fees, no commitment

Changes and cancellations must be made before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming order. Orders already processed can't be changed but follow our standard return policy.

Returns & refunds

Subscription orders are covered by our standard return and refund policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible items. We don't offer refunds for orders you forgot to skip or cancel before the billing date, but you can always cancel future orders.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always applies to your active subscription, and material changes will be communicated by email where required.
